Your customers get access to a licensed public adjuster who can handle the insurance claim process, while you stay focused on inspecting, estimating, and completing the work.
How the partnership works
1. Your customer chooses
When a customer has a storm or property loss claim, you can let them know we’re an option. Whether to hire us is always their decision.
2. We handle the claim
We inspect and document the loss, review the policy, prepare the estimate and represent the customer with the insurance company.
3. You do the work
You inspect, estimate and complete the repairs. No juggling adjusters or chasing the carrier for paperwork.
4. Preferred Fee Structure
We offer flexible fee structures for claims referred through our contractor partners. The public adjuster agreement is always directly between All Storm Adjusting and the property owner, with all fees clearly disclosed before representation begins.
The partner program is currently available in North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
What contractors tell us they need
Insurance claims can slow a job to a crawl: waiting on carrier inspections, arguing scope and pricing, supplements, missing documentation. That’s time your crews and estimators could spend on the next job.
A licensed public adjuster on the claim means someone whose full-time job is the insurance side, working for the property owner.

No payments either way
We don’t pay referral fees or any other compensation to contractors, and we don’t accept compensation from contractors.
Two separate roles
We adjust the claim. You do the repairs. We don’t perform construction work, and contractors don’t negotiate claims or sign customers up on our behalf.
Always the customer’s choice
Customers are free to use any contractor and any adjuster, or no adjuster. We’ll tell every customer about the partnership in writing.
Partner questions
Do you pay referral fees?
No. All Storm Adjusting does not pay contractors for referrals, and we do not receive compensation from contractors. Our relationship with the policyholder remains separate and independent from the contractor.
What does my customer pay?
Our fee is paid by the policyholder and is separate from the contractor. Customers introduced through one of our contractor partners may qualify for a reduced fee based on the claim. The exact fee is agreed upon directly with the policyholder and clearly stated in their written public adjuster agreement before representation begins.
Do I have to send all my customers to you?
No. There are no volume requirements and no exclusivity. You decide which customers you introduce to All Storm Adjusting, and the property owner always decides whether hiring a public adjuster is right for them.
Can my customer use a different contractor?
Yes. The property owner is always free to choose their own contractor. All Storm Adjusting does not require a policyholder to use the contractor who referred them or any particular contractor.
Which states does the partner program cover?
Our Contractor Partner Program is currently available in North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. While the program is not currently offered in Ohio, All Storm Adjusting continues to represent Ohio property owners directly.
Do you do repairs?
No. We’re licensed public adjusters. We handle the insurance claim, while contractors handle the repair work. The property owner always chooses who completes the repairs.
