Property Managers & Investors

Multiple properties, multiple losses, one point of contact. We help you keep claims moving so your team can keep managing.

Built for portfolios

One point of contact

A single team that learns your properties, your policies and your reporting needs.

Storm response

When a storm hits several properties at once, we document each one consistently so nothing gets lost in the volume.

Clear status updates

Regular updates on open claims, so owners, boards and lenders know where things stand.

Less time on claims, more on tenants

Property managers already carry maintenance, tenants, vendors and owner reporting. Claims add carrier deadlines, estimate reviews and paperwork on top of that.

We take on the claim work for the owner, coordinate with your vendors and contractors, and keep the documentation in order.

Typical portfolio losses

Storm damage across multiple properties

Water and plumbing losses in occupied buildings

Fire and smoke damage

Roof and exterior damage to commercial and multifamily

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our preferred vendors and contractors?

Yes. We coordinate with the vendors and contractors you already use. We don’t receive compensation from contractors or vendors, and the property owner always remains free to choose who performs the work.

Who signs the agreement?

The property owner or another party legally authorized to act on the owner’s behalf signs the public adjuster agreement. When working with a property manager, we’ll confirm the appropriate authorization before representation begins.

What does a public adjuster cost?

Our fee is typically a percentage of the insurance claim proceeds and generally ranges from 10% to 30%, depending on the type and complexity of the claim, services required, and applicable state requirements. The exact fee is discussed upfront and clearly stated in our written agreement before representation begins.

Are you an attorney?

No. We are licensed public adjusters, not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice. If a claim involves legal issues outside the scope of public adjusting, we can work alongside the property owner’s attorney when appropriate.

Request a claim review.

Tell us what happened. We’ll look at your situation and explain your options. There is no cost to talk.

Fees are contingent on recovery on your claim.

Licensed public adjusters in NC, OH, VA & WV.
